Need Help With Medical/College Bills

Hello, my name is Ian Chevalier and I'm currently having major problems paying my medical bills and college bills. I have tourette syndrome which prevents me from using my hands for any purpose after thirty or more minutes pass. Afterwards I must spend at the very least thirty minutes to calm down and relax so my hand and arm tics can subside. I also have tics that force me to make noises and curse out loud uncontrollably. This, combined with my ADHD and OCD, makes me virtually unemployable and while I am getting assistance from my country's local, state, and federal governments, I also unfortunately have acquired debts to pay. My medical insurance is resisting paying any of my medical bills (of which there are many) and despite the fact that I've managed to consolidate my college loans and get them on a more reasonable payment plan I am never the less struggling to meet the required monthly payments. As a friend of mine is helping me type this I humbly ask for any financial assistance anyone can possibly give to aid me in paying my medical bills and college loans payments.
