Need Help with Medical Bills

My name is Terri. I am the youngest of 3 daughters and I am the one left taking care of my parents. Back in 2013, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and since then, bills have been mounting. Initial treatments gave way to more treatments. Right now, it's getting more difficult to provide for the parents and pay bills. Recently I was appraised of the fact that between all the loans I've had to take out since the start of this journey, I will need to pay off close to $50000. I pay off what I can but I am terrified that the mounting interests are killing me. Normally, I wouldn't do this-I was raised to believe that if you work hard, you earn your way. I am proud that I can work. But I've had to reduce hours of work to some degree to help care for my dad and not really getting a lot of work from home opportunities that pay as much, so because of that, I'm barely able to make payments.
