Need help with medical costs (Sarcoidosis)

I am severely ill.
I have an autoimmune disease called Sarcoidosis, it is not curable, I want to feel well again. I have been fighting this for about 10 years plus now.

I have chronic systemic Sarcoidosis, Sarcoidosis is the growth of tiny collections of inflammatory cells (granulomas) in different parts of your body — most commonly the lungs, lymph nodes, eyes and skin, however in rare cases like myself Sarcoidosis becomes chronic and spreads to other organs. I have it in my lungs,liver,bowels and now i belive it is in my heart and brain/nervous system. I had a heart attack in december and am strugling to recover. i keep having symptoms such as. pain in the left side of my body. extreem fatigue,dificulty breathing,on and off extreem weekness, i can be walking along at my usual slow pace and all of a sudden i go all weak and floppy and have to sit down instantly. i can not get to sleep at night very well due to pains , i get brain fog and mental blocks, i forget things and get angry with myself, i have constant dihoreah with suddern onset and painfull urge to go. night sweats ,i drop things ,my hands sometimes randomly stop working,i struggle waking up,i strugle to walk,i cant play with my kids for long at all due to this and it makes me really depressed. i try to keep going day in day out but the doctors in my area dont help at all they refuse to do tests i need or they drag their feet for months to diagnose problems. its been almost half a year since my heart attack and still the doc has not scanned my heart for sarcoidosis although he suspects that it is the reason i had the heart attack. i need help. i want to go private for my tests and get diagnosed and find out once and for all how badly i have sarcoidosis and how far it has spead so that i can start more aggressive and targeted treatments so i can get my life back on track. if you can help me please do. if not thank you anyway for reading this far. now at least one more person has heard of sarcoidosis. the disease that killed Bernie mac.
