Hello, my Twin & I have Lupus and we live together. My twin was laid off last year and has been unsuccessful in finding work. So, I've been taking care of us till recently my Lupus flared up and now I am off work. I've been off since the end of September and my sick leave ran out. I am asking for help in meeting my monthly bills. We greatly appreciate any assistance you have to offer.
