Need help with electricity issues for our business

I've always wanted to open a small business to help offer cheap foods for workers around our area (Sandwich shop) because there isn't a huge variety. I used to own a mobile canteen back in 1990's but ended up selling it to build a house. Now with Covid-19 and the issues it caused with unemployment I decided to restart this business which used to be successful enough for me in the 90's. So I found a place for it however the owners didn't mention the amount of electricity the wires at that place could offer. For all the machines required there's a need for a big amount of electricity. And since in Cyprus there's no option of electricity providers I am now forced to pay 1500 euros just so I can have enough electricity. This wasn't in our initial costs hence why I would like to ask for help from people.
