Need help with computer purchases

I've been attracted to computers, the internet, coding, graphics design since I was a kid. I always tried to find out about them. But I don't have a way to design, coding, because I need a computer to know about them. I am a child of a lower middle class family, my father's salary is not good for my family so I can't even think of computers. I worked alongside education and collected some money but the money I collected was spent on the family because of The Covid-19. But I want to learn graphic design coding logo design. I want to fulfill my dream. So, need your help.
