Need help with car damages

I work as a sales representative for a retail store in a shopping mall. That particular day I had a 12 hour shift, (with breaks of course, my boss isn’t that bad because he knows I’m covering for someone else’s evening shift) and after work at night I came to the parking lot and found this.

It was a hit-and-run, whoever hit me didn’t provide details and nobody had a clear account of what happened. Some heard the crash but didn’t remember the license plate and my car just happened to be out of the security camera’s angle.

The damage is severe, other than the bumper being hit and the headlights gone, the water tank is also damaged and the engine can’t start as well due to some stray pieces that might’ve damaged the motors when I tried to start it (that’s what the mechanic told me) so the fan was damaged too.

Incirance was helpful and I have enough money to cover for the bumper and headlights but I don’t have enough for the others. I’m now relying on public transportation because the car is now at the workshop.

Please, I really need this help, I don’t have anyone to borrow money from. I can barely keep myself afloat after this incident.
