For some odd reason my state's administration decided to fine it's citizens over some boiler manteinance incongruences (i know, it sounds absurd but it's actually happening), asking people to pay up to 3000€ per fine without any way to ask for payment in installments nor recourse.
Add to that the fact that yours truly is currently unemployed due to the pandemic and you'll get the picture...
