Need help very badly

I am Josephine A. Ibanez, from Philippines. My husband Leandro Ibanez came from abroad last nov.2018 and abandoned us, he never help us when my son was sick, he promised my son for treatment of his eyes but ignored him that leads to his blindness, my son was hoping to get treated so that he can work online homebased for his own dialysis treatment but he never helped us even a single centavo and i'm the one who asked alms and help for his dialysis treatment and he died last Sept.13, 2019. I lost my job while taking care of my sick son until he died and i suffered stroke after he died and now can't walk and my hands are numb while tingling, i want to get healed and get back to work that is why i made this gofundme to ask some help from you kind people, i need to undergo therapy and buy my medicines, i hope you will understand my situation coz i've been asking help from friends and families but no help was given due to corona virus.
