Need help to start over

Hi guys i dont normally ask for a money from someone but this pandemic became a huge problem for all of us, i dont know where or how to start since there's no vacant jobs that will hire me to our country plus, we haven't recover yet last typhoon that suffered us all filipinos. My place was flooded and i dont know how to start over again. Im sorry for asking a little monetary help, its just that i dont really how to start, i dont have money right now. and our bills are keep pilling up and my family is starving to death. its really depressing to the point i dont know what to do anymore, this pandemic cause a huge problem for all of us, im sorry for asking all over this is the only i could send help to all of you.
