Need help to start a business, because my family does not have the ability to carry this money.

My name is Sany. I live in a small village in Bangladesh. The people of my village are very poor. Even then, they do not work begging. They all work hard to livelihood. But they do not always get work. And youths are remains all time unemployed. They have no idea about modern-day Internet. I want to train them about computers and the internet. and everyone wents to be self-reliant by doing business through an ecommerce site. For this, some computer and other accessories need help to buy. My family has not ability to pay this money. for this, would like help from you. please Help us....
