Need help to pay off our home and medical bills

 My husband had two heart attacks with two stent placed in his arteries... The nurse and doctor told me that his second heart attack was called the widow maker and only 5 percent survive... He did survive and we thank God for keeping his hand upon him...

When he left the hospital he filed for disability and was denied and finacally  appeal or fight them without losing our home because in order to file for disability you can not work.

He has returned to work but is struggling every day to continue. He has weak spells that come on unexpected and he is unable to do anything but lay down. 

His days off are spent on the couch or in the bed to tired and weak to do anything. We are trying to pay off our home and the mounting medical bills. We raised our kids here and here is where we have the majority of our most precious memories. If he loses his job do to him not being able to keep up with the demand then we will lose our home and his health insurance. I work but I do not make enough to pay all the bills. My husband is 58 and has worked for 40 years but he says everyday that he just does not know how much longer he can work.

We are afraid that they will let him go and then he will lose his health insurance and he would be unable to continue with his treatment. If you can help in any way it would be much appreciated and if you are unable to help then please hold our family up in prayer. Thank you
