Need help to live again

This has been a very difficult decision for me to ask for help as I am the one who usually gives, but I find myself in a dire situation. My story I am a mother of 3, one girl, two boys, and have been married for 20 years.  I spent the first half of my marriage as a stay at home mom.  I then put myself through school and now work.  Over the past year or so my husband has changed drastically; his drinking has become out of control to the point of verbal abuse, he no longer has any kind of relationship with his children.  He had a great job with a union making a good salary and great benefits.  He then made a job change without my knowledge as the transition happend gradually.  As of the last few months I found out, by accident, that he has not paid our taxes, has not paid our mortgage, and as of late we lost all health and dental benefits.  When I question him, he refuses to answer any questions and turns the tables and blames me.  I used to give him part of my small paycheck, but I have stopped doing that; he now will yell at me every night for that. Found lump in breast The other day I was doing a self breast exam when I noticed a lump in my left breast.  I called to make an appointment to have it checked and that is when I found we have no health insurance.  I called my husband to ask and he told me "Oh I forgot to tell you, we lost our insurance last month because I have not been working within the union; if you are sick or something you will have to pay out of your pocket".  I was floored.   Contacted a lawyer I contacted a lawyer to see what my legal recourse may be.  He told me that I would have to retain him for 5000.00 to seek a divorce and fight my husband in court for custody and to have him pay the bills he has not paid, etc. My job I have a job, but it does not pay that well.  I have expenses, such as clothes, books, necessities for my 13 year old; I am also paying down my mothers bills that I was left when she passed away. What I am seeking The bottom line is that I am hoping that I can raise some money to get the medical help I need, to pay a lawyer to get the divorce I so eagerly need, and to relocate down south so that I may live again.  Also, if anyone would like to donate their time as a dentist, as I have an abcess in my mouth, that would be great also. Family I have no family except for my children; I lost my mother, grandmother, aunt and sister to cancer over the years; and I never knew my father as he left when I was 6 months old.
