Need help to express my visual talent

I am Emad a media designer , my job is to make multimedia from music production and sound design to 3d modeling and animation . one of the most important device in my job is a good laptop with strong enough gpu .unfortunately i have weak and cheap laptop that i can't produce my exact ideas and my low budget affects on my Career

i need help for but a good laptop , i have amazing ideas in my brain but its needs support. my brains function is be like a volcano full of Ideas ready to explode , but as i said before i need to better graphic card and laptop to prove my words.

i have many artworks that i would be happy to show them to you , but because of my weak laptop they remained as raw storyboard and raw concept .
