Need help so I can keep my house and small business going

Hello, My Name is Rich, I need your help. I am a Musician and Entertainer and also a cook. I am trying to raise enough money to be able to keep from losing my house, Been low on work right now at a restaurant, and trying to get a small business going. Need my house paid before i lose it. the business is a small studio where other musicians can come and practice, or play, also a place where children can come and learn music. I have been in the Music business for over 50 years and i want to give back some of what i've learned. I am hoping for $25,000 that would pay my house and get the studio, Thank You and God Bless.
