My name is mary hamton. I'm not usually one to ask for help but I'm desperate to save my boy Max! Max is an 8 year old blue nose pitbull i rescued 2 years ago from a terrible situation and being passed around to a lot of bad folks. He's part of my family now and my baby.

3 days ago i came home to find Max had chewed and eaten a lot of items from a kitchen trash can which he usually doesn't do. These items ranged from orange juice container to a Dunkin donuts cup holder and a few more objects. I didn't think anything of it obviously...dogs chew stuff.

BUT since yesterday morning Max has been puking consistently...and in large amounts. He cannot hold anything down He will not eat! He has been week, shaking and cannot pass a bowel movement. This is starting to come out his mouth starting about an hour ago! I have no cash at this time and i feel struck! TO BRING max into my ER vet is almost $200 not including an x-ray and surgery to remove the obstruction. I called and they told me they cannot help me without payment up front. And if i surrender him he will be euthanized due to stranger fear issues and every shelter will deem him unadoptable So surrendering is death for Max as well. I feel so stuck and im not one to ask for help again but im desperate y'all! i don't want to lose my boy at this time of year.
