Need help relocating

Hi! I'm Toni. My son has Bipolar Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder with ADHD symptoms. He is not getting any better. It just seems to be getting worse. His Bipolar and Autism are so out of control and the one doctor that's available isn't doing much to help him. He can not be around people without supervision. He has been put on a home bound program at school because they do not have any special education (title 1) services for him at his school district. He needs a controlled classroom with an aid. (It is specified he needs one in his IEP) Since they can not provide him with this he is at home and doesn't get instruction. He is sent home a packet of work and expected to do it and send it back. I need to move him back to California where he can get his education and better health care. This is where we have a problem. We know we can't stay here in Oklahoma but we can't afford to relocate without help. I am going to transfer my job so I still have an income but I need help with our relocation and our first months rent with deposit. We will need at least $2500.00 for the first months rent and about $1000.00 for the moving truck and fuel and a nights motel stay. Any help making this a reality for us is greatly appreciated.
