Need help purchasing a Vespa

There is a Vespa available for sale in my town (meaning that if I buy it there are no transportation costs) but unfortunatly at the moment I don't have the needed money to be able to purchase it. I have dreamt of ownig a Vespa my whole life, and now there is a hance to get one for the cheapest deal posible but I don't have the funds to make this transaction.

I spoke to the guy selling it, he said he will keep it on hold until 2018 march 31st for me. Any help would be fully apreciated from you guys. Thanks in advance.
