Need help paying rent!

Hello! My name is Melinda. I'm currently out of work due to a medical issue. I've been out of work since September 1, 2020.

I filed a temporary disability claim with Lincoln Financial through work but they haven't contacted me past the initial questionnaire portion. I've called my case manager multiple times and have requested a call back every 48 hours, but he will not call me back.

I haven't received pay since 9/8, and that was only half a paycheck. At this point I have no idea if my claim will be approved in time to pay rent, or if it will be approved at all.

I will be getting surgery for my medical issue within the next few weeks, though no official date has been set yet as I just saw my surgeon on Friday.

I only need $966 to make sure I have a roof over my head. If I go over goal any extra will go towards other bills, especially my upcoming medical charges.
