Getting Kids Back to School.

I need help paying off my three kids' remaining school balances for the 2019-2020 school year. I owed their previous school, "International Babtist College," Mandaluying City, http://ibcs.edu.ph/, with a sum of PHP 75,000.00 balance, including the school fees and school bus for my kids, twin boys in Grade 7 and a girl in Grade 2. I am unable to enroll them in a public government school here in Bogna Integrated School, Bacon Region, Sorsogon since I have to pay the balance of their school fees at IBCS to get their report cards and papers before the public school will allow them to officially enroll. They have missed one year of class already, and another enrollment is starting soon for the 2023 class. I've been seeking help from the Sorsogon City Hall and the Mayor's office. They were able to give me a PHP 5000.00 check from the mayor's office in November last year, which i used for other expenses. I've been trying my best to work for money, but PHP 75,000.00 is too much for me.
