Need help getting car out of impound and fixed

My girlfriend and I have been trying to come up with the money to get my car out of impound. The reason the car is in impound is because the company who towed it expected me to pay almost $170.00 out of pocket, which i did not have due to having to find work after having shoulder surgery, and have my insurance reimburse me, which they do not, and my insurance company would not cover it as they had refused to cover a tow fee for an impounded vehicle. The total became $300 for just the tow fees and another $35 per day for impound storage fees. The car was towed due to the fuel line breaking and as it was towed, the towers tore off my exhaust and refuse to fix it. Fortunately I have a new exhaust, but i need the money to get the car out and fixed asap, as the longer it is in there, the more expensive it becomes.
