Need help for Treatment Fund

Hi I have a friend who have esophagus varices and need many treatment. He is bond with a huge spleen and got a blood vessels block need his heat. This is the reason that he have esophagus varices.

The doctor said that he need to remove his spleen and also go through a long term treatment call endoscopy (gastroscopy). For the operation cost of the spleen removal it will cost SG$50,000. As for the endoscopy (gastroscopy) is SG$3000+ for every 2 month. This endoscopy (gastroscopy) is a long term treatment. The doctor said that it may take about more then 1 year depand on the varices that he have.

The doctor said that he need to get his treatment ASAP as he got internal bleeding a few times for the pass 7 years already.
