Need help for study in abroad

Please help me, I need some money for my study

I am sourav Rahman, I am a student of Mechanical Engineering (BSc). It’s a 4 years course and I did completed 2 years [2 years average result - CGPA 3.55 out of 4] , My secondary & Higher secondary result is [GPA - 4.46 & 4.50 out of 5] .I got 7.00 IELTS band score & completed German Language B1 Level. Now I am thinking and also interest to complete my Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from German University , Germans most of Universities doesn’t charge any tuition fees. According to the German rules for international students after getting offer latter from German University, I must have to block 8640 Euro in a German Bank before visa interview .German Government take this 8640 Euro for 1 years living expense.

2. plane fair 693 Euro or 790 US Dollar

3. Hostel advance 917 Euro or 1,045 US Dollar

4. For a laptop 867 Euro or 988 US Dollar

5. Books and other 613 Euro or 699 US Dollar

Total 11730 Euro or 13371 US Dollar

I have no ability to arrange those money , But I have the talent Please Help me for my Education.
