His Father abandoned Him to Live on His own

My friend is 17 years of age, came here to this country from his homeland for education purposes. His father paid both his rent and school intuition then his father stop paying after the New Year. Which he is heart broken about this. His father have asked him to pay on his own. My friend had no family to rely on this country and was so terrified and begun to sell all his gadgets and appliances (except his phone) to make some money, He already paid his school intuition fee in advance and decide to dropout from school at 29th of March. he manage to convince the landlord to delay the rent Payment, he tried job searching but failed because in this country if it is below the age of 18 it is illegal to work
