Need Help for Pregnancy Operation

Dear Charity people, My wife Masuma pregnant in the stage of 36 plus weeks. All his body swollen and suffering with very high blood pressure and high diabetics, and so So the doctor said the operation would be for the child's delivery.

So ii could not manage operation cost from my own sources because of my low salary job that's why dear people i need some fund for this medical operation & expenses.
