Need help for myself, I’m unable to support my family please save me and my family

I'm Ayan Kumar from Kolkata West Bengal, India. I'm in a big trouble from last few months I have taken some personal loan of 14230 USD for building my house but unfortunately my mom was hospitalized due to his uterus tumor and it's need to be operated so I have to pay some amount to hospital and rest amount I have used to build up my house.

I'm working in a private sector and I'm getting salary of 294.81 USD per month but out of that 225 USD deducted as EMI and 50 USD is my room rent because I'm staying rented room due to my job.

Maximum of my salary spend as EMI and room rent, Some time I'm avoiding my food to save some money to help my family. Now my father is a cardiac patient and I'm totally helpless to give him money for doctor checkup. Im originally from a poor fermer family from a rural area. Some days ago I have going to sell my kidney to get some money to repay my loan but it's illegal in India.

So I'm requesting all of you to please please help me whatever you can to repay my loan. I'm begging money for paying my bank loan so that I can help my family. I was a Donner of UNICEF USA from last 2 year but it's stopped now due to my financial problems. Now I'm a beggar. Please help me as soon as possible.
