Need help for my wife mother illness

-Hello, my name is imad. My wife is philipina,we have been together for 9 years now since 2008,I met her when i was in uae she was a waitress and i in the kitchen side.

-in the end of 2007 there was some renovation in hotel that we work in so they decide to reduce employees unfortunately i was one of them so i got kicked from the hotel and the rest of the staff they got transferred to different places,my wife to.

-after that we talk about me returning back to my country,that day and only that day was the biggest decision that she ever take in her life,give up her dream and come with me or leave me up and follow what she really wanted

-so is our journey begins,we returned back together get married stayed at my parents house ,we work we grind hustle until we had our first child (rayan) 2 years later (sabrina) and (nisrin) the last one,and me i kept working as usual supporting my family paying the school providing.

-this last few years my wife had several phone calls and messages from her father stating that her mother need money for medical attention,with open heart and mind i agree to help,i did all i can all kind of reduction to save and send them a monthly amount of money to help,but now things get bigger than i could handle her mother wanted to see her and the cost is 2500$ two ways ticket plus some money for her in case.

-Each day i wake up feeling worthless, seeing her sad and i pray to God help me plz.
