Need help for my (heart surgery) Tricuspid Annuloplasty Operation

Hello, I'm George Michael. I was diagnosed with Rheumatic Heart Disease. My doctor said that out of my heart's 4 valves: 2 needs to be replaced, 1 has to be repaired and only one is functioning well.

I was advised that I need to undergo the procedure Tricuspid Annuloplasty which may cost up to P1,200,000.00.

I'm still young and I want to pursue my dreams. I'm positive and praying that I will be healed. However, I'll be needing financial assistance for my operation. My father does not earn enough to support my medication. We've been asking for help from the time that I was admitted to the hospital. We were blessed that there are good people who helped us with my hospital bill but, I still need help for my operation and lifetime medication.
