Need help for my nose extraction of industrial collagen injected by fake doctor in Davao City, Philippines

Way back 2013, my friend brought me to her quack doctor friend who claimed to be a licensed aesthetician. The said doctor successfully injected the so called collagen for my nose enabling it to sharp and became long in an instant. I was being required to come to his office every 3 days for some more sessions that costed me 5000 philippine pesos. It took 15 sessions until my nose was finally became a pinocchio like nose. Satistified at first but time came that I felt being always rediculed because my nose turned reddish and not good to look at because it was already deformed. One day, I went to one of the surgeon doctors in Davao City. He told me that the chemical injected in my nose was an industrial collagen which will never disappear in my nose that will soon to cause infection once it will not be extracted. Just last month I visited Calayan clinic in SM CITY Lanang, Davao to assess my nose condition. The clinic assured me total healing and escape from this nose bad condition.
