Need help for my mother-in-law, a great family hero

Dear Donor, first I´d to like thank you just for visiting this project.   But why do I need you? Well, let me explain it for you. As my wife my mother-in-law is from Georgia. She is 55 years old and lives about 20 km far away from us. She left Georgia and her family about 8 years ago making money to support her family. You need to know that Georgia is still a poor but one of the most beautiful countries in the world. People outside the cities live with the most necessary they can get. In the winter-time for example they often have to freeze because they do not even have money to buy firewood. So it is common there that mostly the women leave their family to work in foreign countries as a cleaning woman or sth. else to raise money and send it back home. So my mother-in-law first went to Greece to work there for almost 6 years and then came to Germany. She is working really hard almost every day up to 14 ours with just little recreation. She is living in a one-room apartmant in a cellar. A really hard thing for her is that she hasn´t seen her family in real-life for this long time. They only communicate via Skype . But one day she wants to go back home. Because she does not have any insurance every time visiting the doctor needs to be payed by herself. And this is very expensive. Mostly my wife helps her for translating etc. About 2 month ago she went to the doctor because she having bad knee pain. She got this pain for almost 3 years. After some expensive medical examinations the doctors found out that her knee is totally damaged. Meniscus and a cartilage are damaged. She is under pain with every step she takes. The only possibility for her is an expensive surgery that will about 9000 €. As a main earner I´m not able to raise and pay of a credit with this value. But I wish for my mother-in-law to live a long life without her knee pain. Please help me and my wife, her mother, to raise this amount of money to buy her this needed surgery.
