Need help for medical treatment and bills

Hello everybody, I really dont know how to say this because I am highly introverted person and really dont where to start. So here goes: my name is Petar Duvnjak. I am 35 years old, for most people these are the best years of their lives but I am already tired from all of my health problems which started since the day of my birth. I was born without oxygen (Hypoxia), was in coma with slim chances of surviving. I was always in a hospital or doing medical tests until I turned 3 years when my conditions stabilised. Later, when I was in high school my condition suddenly gone bad, I fainted out of nowhere. Tests showed that I have a condition - congenital narrowing of the spinal canal that presses on the nerves. Since then I have trouble walking, wounds began to appear first on the left lower leg, then on the right. One wound closes the other appears. But I have never backed down, I finished high school, finished law school and got a doctorate in law, but never worked because nobody wants to hire a paraplegic lawyer. I can barely move, due to wounds on my heel and legs (see photo), my movement was reduced to a minimum. Most of the day I have to sit or lay in bed and I have urine retention and have a catheter implanted for the last 2 years. Eight years ago I had a spinal operation of 4th level which didnt end well, in fact my condition got worse. The doctors diagnosed diabetes type 1 which was discovered pretty late so it damaged most of my internal organs, body systems and tissue. I am already tired and so is my mother. She is taking care of me for my entire life. My dad also has severe medical issues. He has chronic kidney problems, lost both his kidneys, he is going 3 times a week for hemodialysis. He got a transplant of a kidney, but the kidney worked partially good for 2 years and that is it. He is currently in a hospital because he fell in the hospital while he was waiting for his hemodialysis, he was wearing a mask and lost oxygen, fainted and banged his head and now he cant move. He is still in a hospital, his condition didnt improve, and he is experiencing moment when he doesnt know where he is and talks nonsense. Now, everything is on my mother. She is 70 years old, has a pension which is around 400 euros, I am getting some state help (disability check) which is around 200 euros. All together it is a total of 600 euros which barely covers basic necessaries like food (nothing fancy, all basic) and bills. Also I have troubles with my eyes and can barely see, I have a condition astigmitism with dioptry of -11 on both eyes. I have to pay for catheter replacements every 2 weeks, have to pay for a therapist which helps me with exercising so I can move just a little bit.Most of the time I lay in my hospital bed, I can sit only if someone assiss me. My diet is pretty expensive I can eat only some food due to diabetes. I never asked for anything, some people are helping me, my friend is typing this text because I cant do it by myself. But now, beacuse my fathers condition is getting worse and my mother cant do everything by herself, I am asking for help. I need help with covering my daily, weekly and monthly necessaries, if many people help I would go to some sort of eye treatment so I can see just a little bit better, it would mean a lot to me. Since I barely managed to make ends meet I never reasearched what kind of surgery can help me, but maybe with your help I could make my life easier. I will post some pictures of me so you can see that I am a real person with real problems. I will also post my medical report which are on Croatian, but you can easily translate it via Google translate.
