Need help for financial

Hello Everyone. I'm Raqueza from Dumaguete City Negros Oriental Philippines . I'm here in this website for help. I hope you guys willing to help me and my 2years old son. I need 4000 US dollar so that my husband can file a petition for me and my son bringing in America. My husband pension is not enough to file for petition because it's very expensive for us and we can't afford it. His pension is enough only for our food, pay the rent and other bills. I really want to follow him in America and bring my son there because my husband is there and one of the reason also is I feel pity to my son because most of the time he ignore his daddy in videocall and he still not understand yet why hes daddy always in the phone so as a parent is hard for me to see it that my son is ignoring my husband because his daddy is very very far away from us.
