Need Help for Dog Treatment Cost

Please help me save this poor dog that i found few days ago while i was on my way home from work. He is in bad shape and can barely walk, so i brought him home, fed him & cleaned him up. I tried to call an animal shelter to ask if they could take in this dog and give him proper treatment but they say they were already full and that they are short of staff. So i tried to call the local vet to ask them how much the treatment cost would be and as expected it was beyond my means. So any donations would be greatly appreciated & hopefully "Rocco" (i decided to name him Rocco as i found him lying next to a huge rock) will get the treatment that he needed & recover soon.
