need help for cancer surgery and Chemotherapy

Good morning dear kind friends we are a family who is in genuine need, if you wish we can provide you with the hospital name and doctor contact details in India . My mother is in a critical condition , she is suffering sever pains and kidney problems , bowel obsturctions and much more complications due to a tumor that has grown in a complex location in the pelvic area , doctors say it needs to be removes as soon as possible , my mother needs to have a major surgery to remove this cancerous tumor and further chemotherapy treatments sessions.  my family and relatives have collected some money but it is not enough we still need 24000 usd to be paid to the hospital inorder to preform the surgery and after surgery  treatment.
