Looking to start a Uber delivery service

I would like to raise an estimated 40,000 to 50,000 dollars to start a delivery van business this funding wouldd be a great way for me to turn my life around and to be makeing a real income but I need help getting it off the ground with good strong backing and advertising like to get a dependable cargo van so I can be working a good rewarding job delivering goods locally. I know the amount I put up is high but that should cover all the cost even any hidden ones that I don't know about the cost of a new 3500 cargo van, start up cost The Van I have picked out is a 2016 Ram 3500 hi rise roof cargo van and the price on it is estimated at $30,438.00 at delivery that does not include tax, title, and insurance donations does not have to be the full amount just anywhere from $1 to 5, 10, 15, 20 or more. I am currently unemployed and was working at a temp service, they had me working at a warehouse doing pick packing for a company they cancelled me back in April. I was a company truck driver before that for over 20 years so that is pretty much what I know to do. I can't drive a semi truck because I cannot pass dot physical so that is why I want to get a cargo van so I can get back to doing something that is some what I use to do and know I can sign the van on with Uber or Lyft and be back to working and a tax paying American, and be support those on welfare and food stamps but I need to buy a Cargo Van to sign onto a company. please help out anything is a big help even getting the word out to people that can back me in this endeaver is a big help, thank you in advance for helping and may God bless you
