Need funds for medical and school fees

Firstly, let me start my saying that I am fully employed and I do earn a salary. I am married and have 2 fantastic sons aged 17 and 20.
We are NOT flat broke, but just cannot keep up with bills from a small accident that happened last November (2018).

Now that is out the way, let me explain the reasoning behind this little fundraiser for myself and my family.

In November 2018, I unfortunately fell and snapped my femur (left leg). I am on a very simple Medical Aid that covers hospitalisation only. Once I came out the hospital, I was unfortunately hit with further doctor visits and further x-ray bills of which I am still owing money for.
A few months back, I unfortunately had to have a knee arthroscopy done (I have had bad knees since 1990), which once again added to the bills not covered by my insurance.
On top of all of that, my son's car packed in a few times resulting in a very hefty bill to have it repaired (of which I had to borrow money from family for the repairs).
I have also fallen behind on paying school fees which I still owe from last year and I am way behind this year too...
So to sum everything up, outstanding doctor and xray bills amount to R3000, we still owe R5000 on the loan for the car repairs and I still owe the school R19000! This all totals to R27000 (Just short of $2000) that we owe and anything extra over and above that is highly appreciated as it will go to other dept (Credit Cards and vehicle payments).

Reason that this is in USD is due to Paypal restrictions. Paypal does not accept payment in Rands.

There is still a lot more going on in out family currently, but the above is the more important dept we have.
