Need funds for higher studies

Hi, to all the kindest people on the earth. My name is Abhishek Das, I am 32 years old professional working with a Construction company in Singapore. I am married and I stay with my wife here in Singapore.

The salary I get I just sufficient enough to pay the house rent, utilities, groceries and a housing loan EMI that I am paying for a house I had bought in India last year. Unfortunately, that house has been disputed by my family members in India, and now neither I am able to get a rent out of it or sell it off, as no buyer is interested to buy it. Since, the loan is a huge amount and in case I am the only earning member, I have re-pay the loan until I find someone who wants to buy the house and clear off the loan. The loan amount is significant and a very significant amount of my salary (almost 60%) is used up to pay the loan amount monthly. I have not been able to save even a single penny since the day I had invested in that property as I had put all my life’s saving in that property, which is now disputed. To cut short, I am paying off a debt for a property which I can never own and at the moment it is eating up my peace and my opportunity to have a decent life style.

Sometimes I feel like going back to India but, the problem is with my current qualification the jobs that I will get and the salary I will get in India would be just sufficient enough to pay the loan, I will still have to struggle paying off the rent, utilities, groceries etc. Also, maintaining a married life is also demanding, but I am lucky and glad that I have a wife like my wife, without her the battle would had been difficult.

For many, my life for them is the perfect life as I get to stay in the most expensive city in the world but truth is I struggle every day to meet the ends. Life is hard but I have not let go the struggle and will fight back until I defeat it. If not Singapore, I would had been a defaulter by now for not able to pay off the loan amount, I am as grateful to Singapore as it can be.

Also, due to my limited educational qualification, I am not able to get a high / more paying job at the moment. My career growth is stuck, neither I am able to get a higher position or I can shift to a new field, which is more frustrating then anything on this planet. With just a bachelor degree I am just left with very limited option.

Now, among all the other things I want to do to improve my condition and to continue the battle the most important part of the game changer plan is to get into higher studies and get a master’s qualification. The higher studies in Singapore is expensive, however I cannot afford to go any where else as currently I have a job here and all I want to do is a part time studies to get a higher qualification. I have enquired with institutes in Singapore and have found one which is reasonably affordable with SGD 36k (Registration + tuition fees), the registration fees are SGD 8k, to be paid one time and the rest subsequently.

I do not see any other option at the moment which can perhaps improve my situation. I enquired with the bank, and bank requires a sponsor from my home country, which I don’t have. I seek your help to pay off the one time payment in April’19, I do not want to just beg the money, in fact I would like to borrow it from you, I will pay it back to you in few months (if required with interest) once I have settled my finances right in the upcoming years, or I can pay off someone else fees when the time comes.

I know there are lot of good humans in this world who have been super heroes for many (as not all superheroes wear caps) and possibly can help me at this situation as well, just keeping the hope alive.
