Need fund to buy a peace of land to start organic farming – No bank is providing loan

Hi

i am a technical graduate and still unemployed. global economic downfall and Indian population growth created a hawk and millions of skilled unemployed person like me. I have lost my hope of getting job to fulfill my day to day requirement.

Now i am thinking to bur a small peace of agriculture land to start organic farm. i visited various banks and other financial institutions but failed to get loan...all of them need regular income prof...and i am unable to enplane them that if i have a regular income then why i need the loan. very disappointing...i have the skills i have the caliber but i can not get loan just because i don't have a regular income prof.

Today while searching on google i cam through this community funding platform and taught i have tried with various banks and failed and till now i have not tried the crowed funding platform..may be the community can help me.
