Need fund for my cow farm

I need fund to expand my own dairy farm business in my village. with 4 cows I started this business. I want to expand this business with more than 3 cows. Also I want to build an ideal cottage house for my cows. Currently I am facing challenges because various diseases are attacking my cows due to the lack of ideal cottage house. So that I am not getting milk from cows properly. I have communicate banks and financial institutions for loan but the rate of interest is very high also they are not interested to give me loan because of my present condition of my farm. So I decided to ask for fund from here. I have a big dream with my farm. I want expand and make this as an ideal dairy farm.
