VIPERS CRIEKET CLUB changing live through sports

I am writing this letter in hopes that you will extend your generosity to our organization’s charity project for supporting the poor and needy. Please see the attached program for your reference.

My name is Moeghammad Yaseen Abrahamse me and my wife SANEETHA RABICHAND RAMPEARIE, founders of the VIPERS cricket club. We are currently looking for sponsors that will partner with us in achieving our goals and objectives. Your generosity and enthusiasm for sports have led us to believe that you are one of the people we should approach for our club’s sponsorship.

VIPER’S is a highly competitive cricket club initially established in April just after the lockdown started by various community members. The team will be competing in different tournaments and leagues, notable ones are GROENHEUWEL AND SMARTIE TOWN CRICKET ASSOCIATION. This league started in 2018 and we would love to play in this league but without equipment and uniform we cannot participate; we are 15 seniors and 15 juniors and there are already 15 teams that register for this league.

We desperately require the following items for our players: T-shirts, pants and peak caps; cricket bats ;wickets; keeper gloves water bottles; first aid kits; this items is for senior and junior players.

Our main focus and aim is mainly our youth and young adults that we try to help by letting them participate in sport and community work rather than focusing their attention on doing unlawful activities by joining gangs or doing drugs.

Our sponsorship funds will be used primarily to cover the costs for procuring equipment and uniform and payment for league and tournament fees. Funds received will be added to those received from the local government, families, social groups and other local community sponsors. We also engage in community activity, services, and fundraising events in order to augment our finances for the club.

We greatly appreciate your continued support and generosity to the sporting community and to our young athletes. Your sponsorship donation will surely go a long way and your name will always become a part of VIPERS success.
