Need for a neuro-conduction study

My husband Steve is in great need of a neural-conduction study on his left arm due to an injury to his neck.  The neck injury includes swelling of his C6 and C7 vertebrae, pinching a nerve in the process and causing great pain.  

I've started this findraiser to help raise the money needed for this test.  It is a must pay cash in advance test that costs just over $1000 and we are on a fixed income and can't afford it.
