Need donation for liver and kidney transplant

Need donation for kidney and liver transplant and treatment. Due to high blood pressure my kidneys got shirinked and and i am on dialysis for 5 years. Now i really need transplant for kidneys as doctors used my both hands and both legs for fistula and perma cath as my fistula got blocked by blood clots and stops working due to liver problem now i really needs transplant of kidneys and liver to remove blockage generating by blood clots afterwards otherwise doctors said that they will take direct line from my heart for dialysis which will may also be block by blood clots.

I donot ve money to treat myself my family help and support me but now they can't afford this expensive treatment in any pvt hospital bcuz now i am really a serious patient and i can't bear the environment of free hospitals in Pakistan bcuz they treat human like animals.

My friend told me about this website now i m here and seeking help from those who could help me easily and I'll pray for them.
