Need a little helping hand, please.

I am just a regular guy who has worked all my life and have managed to be able to keep my head above water until just recently. Last Spring I got married to the most wonderful woman in the world and I consider myself a very lucky guy to have found her. Unfortunately, she has an ex-husband who has seen things a little differently and has spend the last year on a legal campaign to take over full custody of her two daughters. So far we have prevailed in court and have managed to stop his efforts. It has not been cheap but to compound things, my wife also lost her job and has only been able to find minimal part time work since. It is because I have had to float these legal bills, which have not been cheap, that I have fallen a bit behind on my mortgage and other bills. I have gone through everything that I own and have sold off almost everything that is worth anything on Craigslist or eBay. Now that the custody hearing is behind us, I still have some money owing to the attorney and need to get caught up on my mortgage and a few other things. I have gotten all the help I am able to get from family but am still a bit short of meeting my goal of getting myself current. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can assure you that once I am back on my feet again, I will make a point of paying it forward. Thanks!
