Need a little help

ok let me start from the beginning four months ago my mom was standing outside and she went to take a step and her foot went through the porch turns out she broke it went in 6 weeks later no change and on month 3 still no change so they did additional xrays and found osteoperosis it was mild but still hindered with the healing and we were running out of food so we applied to foodstamps got them but the bills started pilling up asked family for help and noone could help us and then she recieved a letter from her boss saying she is fired because it had been too long and only a little emprovement with her ankle she got unemployment but it is very little and we have so many bills and last week we got kicked out of our house because we just couldnt keep up with the rent we tried we really did we found an apartment we will be moving there in 2 weeks hopefully and i would greatly appreciate if anyone can atleast help a little bit so that we will have somewhere to live noone in my family is able to let us move in i just dont what to do anymore im just so worried that something will be bound to go wrong its been like that for the past 4 months but thank you so much
