Need a little help to fix my car

Last year in july there was a hail storm in my city and it ruined my car. The government has opened a tender to help people financialy, but there were meaningless conditions to be met, so very few people got the financial help to fix their houses, cars, land, etc. The car mechanic estimated that the damage to the car was in the amount of aproximately 500€. It's not a lot of money to someone, but when you have unforeseen living expenses, car repairs from the past that you still are paying, car registration and such, it's a tight squeeze. It would be so kind of anyone who can help me, just a little, and I would be so greatful!
