need a lawyer

my son fell at the balcony and get a brouses on his back the mama called the police on me i talked to the C.P.S and the POLICE ,january 3rd 2013 i was arrested and went to jail am now going back and forward to court every month but they want me to get a lawyer i can't afford it all the lawyer asked about $10.000 if ikeep going to court without a lawyer they trying to give me 10 years to jail and my son is almost 3 years my daughter is 8 months i need everyone help to pay for a lawyer to stay firm for my family
