Need a Laptop (But cant afford one) For CS engineering projects in College

I am a Computer science engineering fresher, and I need a Laptop For College but I cant afford one with high specs for my CS engineering projects. A MacBook pro is required but i dont think i would be able to raise the amout required for that. Therefore I am planning to buy a windows machine thats going to cost about six to seven hundred dollars .I currently have about 50 bucks, that i have been saving for the past 10 mmonths. But, any amount is appreciated as even a penny contributed forward would be a great help in the way.
