My only son Mr. Omkar, aged 15 Years, is suffering from life threatening
Leukemia for past 20 Months is being treated by oncologist at NIZAM
Institute of Medical Sciences , Hyderabad, Telangana. IP No. 1525280)
After successful Chemo Therapy now is condition is stable and control now
opportunity as came to conduct stem cell / Bone Marrow transplantation on
his body.
But as I am not in a position to undertake the final treatment
due to my financial status, I request you to provide the necessary amount
towards the hospital expenses.
If you cannot arrange the entire amount, at least whatever you
can in your capacity.
I hope you would be kind enough to oblige and save my child life
