Need a help for personal project

I am from Sudan, a third world African country and also there is an economic sanctions since 1992to my country from the united states of america this sanctions make life hard for us in many areas like economics, having a good education, and other useful things , we can not import or export many things so we are in absence with the new and latest developed things and technologies, and in addition of that i am not have a credit card because it is not available in my country, and also i do not have any cousins or any body outside my country. beside that my home currency is very week if its compared with the US dollar (1 US dollar equal 80 Sudanese SDG), so for that i can not be able to start my own project because my salary equal less than 70 US dollar per month and it is so weak to my living, hoping to have a help from you to start it and to develop my self.
