Need a family car

I am a housewife & a mom to a blended family of 6 children. Our car was stolen on the second day of our honeymoon which resulted in my kids & i having to move back in with mum to make travelling easier for us. Eventually i moved back in with husband trying to make do with our situation. We live in a poor community where it is unsafe. Unfortunately my kids have to walk to school on hot days & rainy days, under unsafe conditions. There are days where my husband walks to and from work & work is not close by. On rainy days its very sad to see him coming home with soaking wet clothes and shoes. Due to our blended family being so big, most of my husbands finances goes towards the kids and schooling. All our financial sacrifices goes towards them, so there's nothing extra for saving towards a car. Our lives would be a lot easier if we had one. Having family outings is not an option as travelling with public transport is just too costly.
